Chef Jeffrey Madden
Kemp 208 is proud to have Executive Chef Jeff Madden head up our culinary team. Jeff is a 2011 graduate of the Cullinary institute of America. After graduating Jeff was the Sous Chef at Midland Country Club in Midland Texas, then the Sous Chef at Country Club of Peoria. Jeff is a member of the American Chef Association and has earned 3 bronze medals in competitions. Jeff loves working with the freshest ingredients available. His talent at pairing foods is amazing and results in some wonderful dishes.
It has always been a dream of mine and my husband, Geoff, to own our own place. This home was the perfect setting for a warm and inviting restaurant. My background includes many years in food and beverage, with the most recent in management at Pekin Country Club.
I am so blessed to have a wonderful staff here at Kemp 208, from Executive Chef Jeff Madden and his kitchen staff to the very talented front of house staff. We live in Tremont and have 3 children and 11 grandchildren, all of whom really, really love food.
